To keep the surface as nice as possible, it is best to keep the boots dry and cool, avoid strong sunlight. In hot and humid weather, white marks can appear on the boots, this is not a quality defect but a protective wax that is naturally present in the boots. Counteract this by impregnating the boots with Hunter Boot Buffer.
